Hi I’m Courtney! A type A, detail oriented mom of 3 with a heart to serve you and your family on the most exciting day of your life! I had to include my husband in my photo because this passion all started on my wedding day years ago and wouldn’t be possible without him. I fell in love with the wedding planning process and the role my day of coordinator played in our day. I now have over 5 years of experience as a day of coordinator and am extremely grateful for each wedding I’ve been a part of so far.
I strive to bring a calming, optimistic and joyful presence to your day so that you and your family can be present in every single moment while I take care of every detail behind the scenes. It would be an absolute privilege to be a small part in your big day!

3-6 months out from your wedding day: This helps me get to know all of the decisions you’ve worked so hard to make for your big day thus far
2 weeks out from your wedding day: We will discuss and finalize the timeline, final details & any last minute changes or updates
I am always one email, phone call or text away throughout the whole process!

Included in the package is a one hour rehearsal coordination to make sure you, your officiant, and the whole bridal party feel ready for the next day!

I am there from the start of your day until the very end! This includes:
Any set up & decoration of ceremony and reception space that may be needed
Point person for any vendor, family member, or guest who needs assistance that day
Manager of your timeline to make sure your day is running smoothly and efficiently
Coordination of ceremony and helping everyone get down the aisle at the right place and time
At the end of the night I will help with clean up and making sure personal items are packed up and ready to go!
